The scorching heat of Lucknow failed to stop thousands of contestants to try their luck. People came not only from Lucknow, but from many faraway places. One such group is Fakira Group who came from Rajasthan. They performed their very popular folk song Kesaria Balama and get a standing ovation for that. Full of confidence, come 4 solo performers Sutapa Sarkar, Niharika, and 2 more, who all perform on the super hit Sunidhi Chauhan track ‘Shiela Ki Jawani’, but they all fail to do justice to the song. Finally, Sunidhi Chauhan hits the stage out of nowhere and surprises everyone with her special performance of ‘Heartbeat’, her new collaboration with international pop sensation Enrique Iglesias. Then on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s special request Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal and Sunidhi Chauhan perform together on stage and mesmerize the moment. X FACTOR INDIA — is the big daddy of all music shows in scale and size. With versions in 24 countries and a unique format that gives contestants the chance to showcase their talent regardless of the age. A singing show with a unique format that gives everyone a chance to showcase their talent. Open to all citizens of India over the age of 16, the auditions will be divided into 3 categories, viz. 16-25 years, 25 & above and individual groups.
